Kraiya Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Kraiya is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Kraiya and its members, and apply to the kraiya.im website and its mobile application.

To register on Kraiya, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited.

• One Person, One Account: Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Age Verification: Age verification via national ID or passport may be required at registration or prior to withdrawal.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Kraiya complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, full KYC verification is required for large transactions.
• Password Protection: Keep your account password confidential. Kraiya will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Each offer has its own wagering multiplier.
• Duration: All bonuses have a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One Member, One Bonus: Each member may claim any bonus offer only once. The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet amounts may be restricted while an active bonus is in play.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, Kraiya reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

Kraiya reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.
